PowerPoint Presentations

Using Internet Explorer:

To make changes in any slides within the presentation, the file needs to be saved in a PowerPoint format. Right click on the file, then left click on "Save Target As".

A "Save As" menu box will appear. Select a folder where you want to save the file (where you can find it again). In the file name box, type in a new file name if you want to name it differently. (Hint: Be sure in the "save as type" box below the file name states "Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation". If not, click the down arrow and select "Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation").

Then click "Save". Last, open up the file that you saved. It should open up in PowerPoint.

Using Netscape: The presentation automatically opens up into a PowerPoint format. Just click on the presentation you want to download from the list below.

Download Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer

After Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer download is complete, just go ahead and click on the links below to download.

It will open the presentation you selected into a Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer. (Hint: This will only allow you to view the presentation)

To edit the presentation, right click then select "Edit Slides". This will then open the selected presentation into Microsoft PowerPoint.

From here, select "File>Save As", A "Save As" menu box will appear. Select a folder where you want to save the file (where you can find it again). In the file name box, type in a new file name if you want to name it differently. Below the file name box, is a drop down menu box titled "Save As Type", click on the down arrow. Make sure "PowerPoint 97-2003 & 95 Presentation" is selected. Then click "Save".

Last open up the Microsoft PowerPoint file that you just saved.
